There’s a problem loading this menu right now. Everything sucks! has got a positive reception from audiences and critics alike. Like the obscure vampire musical, rockula- but, you know-good. Cameos from the likes of alice cooper, henry rollins, moby, iggy pop, and alex lifeson would seem to indicate that this is something to watch. I felt they stayed in the scenes for far too long. Even if it doesn’t pan out satisfactorily (the conclusion seems particularly truncated), abel and soria’s light approach, combined with pleece’s bright, technicolor art, gives the book an entertaining joss whedon gloss to its gen-y bloodsucking melodrama.

Is a bit all over the place, awkwardly finding itself as it goes along. Now a bona-fide phenomenon, it’s no real surprise that netflix is looking to replicate its success with more wistful recreations of the recent past.
